Atlantic City is the Las Vegas of the East Coast. With its extravagant hotels and electrifying casinos, Atlantic City is a hot tourist destination in New Jersey. The Steel Pier Amusement Park is located on the Atlantic City boardwalk. This amusement park features rides for children and adults such as, the Ferris wheel and carousel. The Steel Pier extends into the ocean, which makes the area a beautiful place to take photographs. Located directly in front of the Taj Mahal, the Steel Pier also provides free entertainment to its visitors during the summer months. Free concerts featuring up and coming singers, as well as seasoned artists, occur during the weekend.
It is recommended that all visitors experience the Atlantic City boardwalk at night. The boardwalk comes alive during the evening hours, giving tourists a light show due to the glow from the hotels and the attractions on the boardwalk. The Atlantic City boardwalk is a place that should be visited at least once in your lifetime.
