instruction for use
1.it is forbidden to grinding the empty machine otherwise it will make grinding media strike the cylinder body violently which will seriously damage the service life of the ball mill liner and increase the wastage of the grinding media.
2.before installing the liner plate the cylinder body should be clean up.
3.when fixing the plate bolts sheet gasket should be carefully matted in case of pulp coming out.
4.before installing the liner should be checked carefully. the back and all around of the liner should be smooth. the sand and the casting flash around the plate hole should be thoroughly removed so that the bolt can be smoothly fixed. the back and all around should be polished accordingly by using grinder to meet the installation requirements.
note any need to adjust the chemical elements or add alloying element it would be agreed with contract.
